• Hit lists/Thumbnails—Intelligent electronic search delivers a ‘hit list’ of all documents and files that meet users’ search conditions. Results can be reordered and re-sorted on the fly.

• Viewers—Allow authorized users (customers, clients, partners, suppliers, etc.) to access files securely from any Web browser.

• Print Server—Allows users to print multiple stored documents without having to open them, which reduces network traffic and increases productivity.

• Versioning—Tracks and stores changes to files, metadata, and markup, and allows users to revert a document to a previous version.

• Enterprise Search—Enables full-text searches of the information contained within your documents.
