OnBase from Hyland Software is a single, point-and-click configurable software platform combining the management of workflow, documents, business process, and records management into a single application. OnBase is designed to integrate and work with compatible policy administration and claims processing systems from other vendors to ease accessibility to policy documentation directly from within the user interface of an insurer’s system of record. With a completely integrated policy administration system at their fingertips, most end users require little or no training on the system, and having access to compatible vendors’ interfaces reduces or eliminates the chances of underwriting errors.
