We have been working with Readysmith Advisors since October 2012. The entire Business Continuity Program is documented on this platform. It has proven to be flexible and reliable. The assistance and advice from Readysmith has been invaluable in making the program easy to use, attractive and inviting to the business users. This is definitely a superior product at a reasonable price that continues to mature and improve. I couldn't give any higher praise.
I had a very positive experience with both the software and the consulting support. We are a mid-sized bank and the ReadySmith product was a great fit for us; from the perspective that it was easy to implement (it came with an abundance of documentation and ready to use plans), customize and simple for the business to use. My biggest struggle is always getting the business to 'own' their BIA's and plans and ReadySmith's simple, 'word-like' interface was excellent. I can not recommend it enough for small and mid-sized companies, regardless of business line.
