Springfield, MO (Jan 7, 2019) — BriteCore released the new BriteWiki support site to all clients on December 14, 2018. Built with Confluence, an enterprise knowledge management system, BriteWiki is a documentation repository for base BriteCore functionality and features. Clients will find the new BriteWiki offers more powerful search options and better organization overall.
BriteCore’s current support site will be phased out early this year, allowing insurers and their staff time to transition to the new site. Clients are encouraged to bookmark the new BriteWiki’s homepage for future use and can view a short video introducing the BriteWiki’s basic structure and search functions.
“We’re excited to roll out this new iteration of BriteCore documentation,” said Justin Cimino, VP of Education. “This past year we built a team of technical writers to mature our documentation content and strategy. That team has spent the last six months building out the new BriteWiki to include clear, effective documentation for all BriteCore Generation 2 product spaces. We’ll continue to improve the site and add support documents for Generation 3 products as they become available.”
