I am amazed at the depth at which FileHandler handles the detail. We have access to, and experience with, major competitors and not for sale proprietary claims software systems and find FileHandler is on par with the best and better than most. Their service and support is second to none.

We've used File Handler for over a decade now and it's the best claim-handling software we've found. We've had temp adjusters learn it quickly and comment that they've seen dozens of other systems and File Handler is the easiest they've seen. It's intuitive and flexible. We can add custom screens with client-specific fields that only show for that client. With JW's helpful staff we learned how to access the backend database directly and share data with our accounting software. Support is always same-day and competent. Medicare reporting is built-in and easy to maintain. File Handler is always being improved with new features. I recommend File Handler and wouldn't use anything else.

I have been a customer of JW Software for 15 years. As a TPA handling self-insured workers' compensation claims in muliple states, it is critical to have an IT partner that understands our business.
