Focus Technologies’ PolicyPort policy administration suite is designed to automate many of the workflows traditionally performed by agents including the quote, application, and endorsement processes. Its policy administration features handle everything from endorsement processing (including out-of-sequence endorsements), billing, cancellations, reinstatements, renewals, non-renewals, etc.. PolicyPort’s imaging and document management capabilities include configurable document templates, as well as the ability to scan, index, and archive documents to specific policy or claims numbers and route documents through complex workflow rules.
