Vikaran PolicyExpert® is the underwriting module of Vikaran InsuranceExpert®. It provides insurance carriers and MGAs/MGUs with a robust and comprehensive underwriting engine that is highly configurable and supports algorithms for all the states. New products may be rolled out very quickly as there is no additional programming required. The easy-to-use web based user interface represents many years of research in usability, visual design and human factors engineering.

PolicyExpert for Underwriting allows for quick new product deployment with its dynamic forms engine which provides the ability to support thousands of NCCI and ISO forms without the need for re-programming. PolicyExpert uses several key capabilities of the InsuranceExpert platform including the workflow engine, the business rules engine, document management, the customer portal, and the ad-hoc query tool. Its proprietary two-layer security model enables data context security in addition to traditional function and role based security. And, out-of-the-box integration with QuoteExpert, BillingExpert, ClaimsExpert & ReinsuranceExpert represents seamless business processing and efficiency.
