Achieves Overall “Excellent” Vendor Rating with “Excellent” Support; SIMS Claims Earns “Excellent” Ratings for Achitecture, Analytics, and Interfaces with Other Systems
Larkspur, CA – June 16, 2015 – Systema Software , LLC, announced that its flagship SIMS Claims ™ system has achieved the honor of top-ranked claims administration system for a second time in a row in the RMIS Review.
The 2015 RMIS Review (RR) was written by Dave Tweedy, CMC, RMIS Director at Bickmore, and published by Advisen. Analysis for the RR is conducted every two years. Ratings are based on information provided by vendors via a questionnaire, user feedback, and David Tweedy’s opinion and study of systems. This year, the RR changed its rating procedure. Instead of employing numerical or alpha ratings, it used five qualitative terms: Superior, Excellent, Good, Average, and Below Average.
