DigiPro+ provides adjusters a Dashboard with additional tools such as monthly ALE submission forms allowing digital entry by a claimant with attachment of receipts. The adjuster is notified and can review, make modifications and authorize prior to payment issuance.
DigiTime allows UNLIMITED direct web-based communication between adjuster, claimant and third-party vendors concurrently. The Message Center supports statements, file attachments/image uploads, and contains a module for general claim notes which can be used to support claim resolution. These features promote considerable time savings and reassignment of valuable resources.

DigiPro+ has a listing of most stores and retail websites in the U.S. and allows a claimant to add merchants to the list. Patents filed enable us to tie into store registries for the insured to check pricing/availability, buy items, order in advance or place them in the store's cart for future purchase. This powerful feature allows current pricing/discounts on covered items, benefiting the carrier. Contents replacement is handled with the tap of a finger. DigiReceipts supports digital proof of purchase integration into the file.
