Policy Holder Services is a cost-effective way to improve the services you provide your customers. It empowers your insureds and agents to update contract information, request service, and view or make payments. In addition, the Certificate of Insurance (COI) generation functionality shifts the work and cost involved with COI distribution to where it should be -- with your customers.

Insureds and agents securely log onto Policy Holder Services via the portal of your choice. If the user has not already registered, they can register directly from the log in screen. Once they have registered, they are brought to the main navigation screen where they can quickly access all of the functionality available to them based on their user profile. Access to information is secure and role-based, and the functionality provided to each role is configurable.
