04 April 2011Innovation Group has been selected by Tesco Cars (www. tescocars.com) to provide an outsourced maintenance and repair service for customers of the new online vehicle sales service in the UK.

The deal means that Tesco Cars customers will have access to a nationwide network of quality-checked garages, all of whom use approved parts, ensuring continuity of any manufacturer’s warranty. Services can be booked online (www.tescoautocentres.com) and vehicles will be picked from home or office addresses and returned at the end of the day washed and valeted.

Tesco Cars will have fresh stock added to the website daily. All cars are sourced from reputable lease and fleet suppliers and typically have one previous owner.

“When buying a used car, consumers want to know they can trust the information supplied, that they are getting good value for money and a good product supported by good customer service. Importantly, they also want to be able to take their time to make the right purchase. We are delivering a positive new experience for today’s car buyer,” said Sir Trevor Chinn, chairman of Tesco Cars.
